Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage executive compensation strategies aligned with business objectives
- Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive executive pay practices
- Administer incentive plans and executive retirement plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years in compensation, with at least 3 years focused on executive or incentive compensation
- Experience with administering health and retirement plans
- Certification in a related area desirable (i.e. CCP, CBP, PHR)
