Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Total Rewards Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage executive compensation strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive executive pay practices
  • Administer incentive plans and executive retirement plans
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years in compensation, with at least 3 years focused on executive or incentive compensation
  • Experience with administering health and retirement plans
  • Certification in a related area desirable (i.e. CCP, CBP, PHR)
