Job Summary
Providing strategic guidance in designing and managing executive compensation and benefit programs, the full-time Executive Total Rewards Consultant will collaborate with senior leadership and external advisors to attract and retain top executive talent while ensuring compliance and market competitiveness in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage executive compensation strategies aligned with business objectives and shareholder interests
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive executive pay practices
- Administer incentive plans, retirement plans, and prepare reports for senior leadership and Compensation Committees
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in compensation, with at least 3 years focused on executive or incentive compensation
- Experience with administering health and retirement plans
- Certification in a related area is desirable (i.e., CCP, CBP, PHR)
