Job Summary

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Compensation, the full-time Executive Compensation Lead will support the design and implementation of executive compensation programs, manage annual compensation processes for executives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align equity compensation strategies with business objectives, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Support the design, development, and enhancement of executive compensation programs to elevate compensation offerings
  • Manage the annual compensation review and oversee new hire and separation-related compensation processes for executives
  • Prepare materials for quarterly meetings of the Talent Development and Compensation Committee in partnership with senior leadership
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of global compensation experience in a publicly traded company
  • At least 2 years of experience administering executive and equity compensation programs
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Experience with HRIS, preferably Workday
  • Proven ability to build partnerships with HR, Finance, Accounting, and Legal teams
