Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive & Equity Compensation Partner (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead efforts on workstreams related to new hire, merit, and out-of-cycle equity requests
  • Play a major role in the annual comprehensive market analysis related to executive compensation levels
  • Support the creation and administration of incentive programs that drive performance
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Compensation experience or related field
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent experience
  • Strong proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets
  • Exceptional analytical skills with large datasets
  • Strong project management abilities
