Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive & Equity Compensation Partner (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead efforts on workstreams related to new hire, merit, and out-of-cycle equity requests
- Play a major role in the annual comprehensive market analysis related to executive compensation levels
- Support the creation and administration of incentive programs that drive performance
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Compensation experience or related field
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent experience
- Strong proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Exceptional analytical skills with large datasets
- Strong project management abilities
