Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal, Executive Compensation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Model cost and share usage of potential long-term incentive program designs
  • Draft meeting materials of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors
  • Administer equity programs, including maintaining database integrity and processing new equity awards

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in executive compensation
  • Experience with U.S. federal and state taxation relating to equity compensation
  • Understanding of accounting standards related to equity compensation
  • Familiarity with all equity vehicles (options, RSUs, PSUs, etc.)
  • Knowledge of HR reporting and information systems
