Job Summary

To provide high-level support to the Executive Director, the full-time Executive Coordinator will manage calendars, coordinate communications, and assist with project support while working onsite in Hawaii.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the Executive Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across teams, ensuring follow-up on action items
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for the Executive Director
Required qualifications
  • Experience as an executive assistant, coordinator, or in a similar role, preferably in a legal or paralegal setting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Experience in nonprofit, legal, or international organizations is an asset
