Job Summary
To support a growing behavioral health practice, the full-time remote Executive Coordinator to the Director will manage operational follow-ups, conduct audits of clinical data, and execute independent research projects to enhance the Director's focus on strategic expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive completion of Director-assigned initiatives by verifying clinical and operational outcomes
- Proactively monitor clinical deliverables and administrative workflows to minimize the Director's routine follow-ups
- Own and execute targeted operational projects, including market analysis and payor incentive program research
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare project coordination or executive operations support
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) workflows
- Understanding of healthcare payor systems and reimbursement dynamics
- Exceptional written communication skills and a strong sense of accountability
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a high-autonomy environment
