Job Summary
Leading the creative vision for a flagship client, the full-time remote Executive Creative Director will define long-term strategies, ensure creative excellence across diverse programs, and drive innovation and business growth for a $10M+ portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and own the long-term creative vision across all experiential programs and markets
- Ensure a cohesive brand experience across events, content, digital, and hybrid activations
- Drive innovation by identifying emerging trends and cultural opportunities relevant to the brand
Required qualifications:
- 12-15+ years of experience in experiential or integrated creative roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position
- Proven ability to lead large-scale experiential creative vision across multi-year programs
- Strong executive presence with experience influencing C-suite clients
- Extensive experience managing complex portfolios ($10M+) and ensuring creative excellence
- Deep understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and audience engagement
