Executive Design Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Design Director (Brand, Product & Experience).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve product and brand design vision, ensuring alignment across teams and projects
• Own design quality and strategic direction for brand and product engagements, providing actionable feedback
• Collaborate with design leadership to influence design operations and represent the company in the design community

Required Qualifications

• At least 12 years of experience in brand and product design or digital design leadership
• Minimum of 2 years leading design teams at a senior director or executive level
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and large-scale product-led brand engagements
• Fluency in modern design tools and a deep understanding of product-led brands
• Experience presenting to and influencing executive stakeholders with strong narratives
