Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to user inquiries and support calls via email or phone
  • Offer application support across multiple operating systems
  • Build and install hardware in alignment with the lifecycle program
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field
  • Proficiency in various technologies including Active Directory, macOS, Office 365, Windows 10/11, and more
  • Prior experience in Executive IT Support within the financial sector
  • Proactive support experience using tools such as Splunk and Control Up
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
