- Offer application support across multiple operating systems
- Build and install hardware in alignment with the lifecycle program
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field
- Proficiency in various technologies including Active Directory, macOS, Office 365, Windows 10/11, and more
- Prior experience in Executive IT Support within the financial sector
- Proactive support experience using tools such as Splunk and Control Up
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
