Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director to provide leadership and management for its nonprofit organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive fundraising efforts by identifying and cultivating prospective donors and exploring alternative revenue streams
• Oversee the implementation of the strategic plan and manage organizational operations and budget
• Build partnerships with the Board and ensure effective governance and program evaluation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of management and governance experience in nonprofit or related sectors
• Proven track record in nonprofit fundraising and financial oversight
• Established connections with donors and knowledge of rare disease communities
• Experience working with diverse constituencies and managing remote teams
• Comfortable with technology tools including CRM systems and virtual collaboration platforms
