Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Director with P&L responsibility
• At least 5 years of experience in business development, fundraising, and partnership management
• 10 years of professional experience in design, innovation, or creative industries
• Strong understanding of design for social impact, equity, and sustainability
• Experience with Board governance and nonprofit organizational structures
