Executive Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director (Remote - Las Vegas, NV).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Center operations and ensure excellent service delivery
• Oversee program planning, delivery, and quality within budget constraints
• Develop and maintain relationships with military and local community leaders to enhance service offerings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in program management and/or fundraising, including 5+ years in a supervisory role
• General knowledge of donor cultivation strategies and IRS guidelines for charitable contributions
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and achieve results collaboratively
• Proficiency in using computers and various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
