• Set organizational direction and develop a high-performing team

Required Qualifications

• Deep familiarity with state government and/or mayoral leadership
• Strong relational credibility with senior leaders and funders
• Experience in working within large coalitions or networks
• Background in climate-related work
• Preferred experience in international engagement
