A company is looking for an Executive Director to lead voter engagement innovations and drive the adoption of proven tactics across organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the adoption of effective voter engagement tactics by identifying and removing barriers to use
• Lead fundraising efforts and ensure financial health and operational compliance
• Set strategic direction and represent the organization to external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and budgets
• Proven track record of building or scaling initiatives in mission-driven environments
• Experience in fundraising, particularly with High Net Worth Individuals
• Working knowledge of the progressive political and civic engagement ecosystem
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences
