Key Responsibilities

• Shape and implement a multi-year strategic plan with clear goals
• Lead fundraising strategies and cultivate partnerships for financial sustainability
• Build and maintain a network of community stakeholders to enhance downtown revitalization

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of professional leadership experience in relevant fields
• Successful experience in fundraising, particularly in community development
• Substantive administrative and contract management experience
• Proven track record in grant writing and financial management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
