Executive Director

Job Summary

To support a vibrant arts community, the full-time Executive Director will manage organizational performance, lead fundraising efforts, and cultivate strategic partnerships while working remotely with local travel required in the Lehigh Valley, PA area.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organization's vision, strategic goals, and annual action plans in partnership with the Board
• Lead comprehensive fundraising strategies to diversify and increase revenue through various channels
• Cultivate relationships with business leaders, arts organizations, and community stakeholders to enhance the organization's mission and visibility

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit management, arts administration, or a related field
• Strong financial management skills and demonstrated success in fundraising and revenue development
• Master's degree in arts administration, community development, business, or a related field preferred
• Proven ability to foster partnerships between the arts and the broader community
• Strategic thinker with experience in leading organizational growth in a small-staff environment
