Executive Director

Job Summary

Leading the initiative remotely, the full-time salaried Executive Director will set the strategic vision, manage a multi-million-dollar budget, and oversee operations to ensure the success of the program while serving as its public representative.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the overall vision and strategy for When We All Vote in alignment with its mission
• Lead fundraising efforts and expand opportunities across philanthropic and private sectors
• Oversee day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning to achieve organizational goals

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in nonprofit, entertainment, corporate, or public sectors
• 3+ years of experience with community organizing, grassroots mobilization, and/or youth engagement
• Proven success in development and fundraising, including securing major gifts and strategic partnerships
• Experience leading a multidisciplinary team and fostering a strong work culture
• Strong financial management skills, including budget preparation and analysis
