Executive Director

Job Summary

Reporting directly to the Board Chairperson, the full-time Executive Director of the Appraisal Subcommittee will manage the development of organizational policies, oversee compliance reviews of state programs, and direct the maintenance of the ASC's information technology responsibilities in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the development of functional statements, organizational charts, and staffing plans for the ASC
• Provide analyses of policy issues affecting the ASC's responsibilities to the Chairperson and the Board
• Manage compliance reviews of state programs and maintain the appraisal complaint hotline

Required qualifications

• One year of specialized experience comparable to the GS-15 grade level in the Federal service
• Experience in managing the development of policies and procedures for an organization
• Ability to establish contacts with real estate appraisal industry stakeholders
• Experience directing the administration of grant funds in compliance with Title XI
• Supervisory experience ensuring timely and accurate work performance by employees
