Job Summary

Driving the strategic vision of the organization, the part-time Executive Director will manage fiscal, operational, program development, community relations, and board relations to ensure future success.

Key responsibilities

• Create an annual strategic organizational plan and overall budget
• Maintain a climate that attracts and retains a talented and diverse staff
• Prepare agendas, reports, and materials for board meetings

Required qualifications

• Previous management or board of director experience
• Successful fundraising and development experience
• Experience in large-scale program development
