Executive Director

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director, this full-time remote position will provide strategic leadership, oversee day-to-day operations, drive fundraising initiatives, and serve as the public face of the organization, focusing on advancing the mission to support the trans and gender-nonconforming community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to advance the organization's mission and goals
• Collaborate with the Leadership Team to manage and evaluate programs, ensuring alignment with community needs and organizational capacity
• Oversee fundraising strategies and strengthen relationships with donors and stakeholders to meet revenue targets

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience in a service-providing organization
• Demonstrated experience in fundraising, communications, and strategic planning
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in financial management and resource allocation
• Knowledge of direct-service crisis intervention, mental health, and social services sectors
