Key Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise AI and digital product strategy, ensuring alignment with clinical care and operational goals
• Oversee the full lifecycle of AI product management, from ideation to deployment and optimization
• Manage change initiatives and foster a culture of innovation and responsible AI adoption across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, information technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in digital product leadership or healthcare technology
• 7-10+ years of experience in people leadership, managing managers and cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated experience in delivering AI-enabled products at enterprise scale
• Strong understanding of modern AI concepts and product-led technology strategy in regulated environments
