Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Director CCaaS.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects and teams for complex Contact Center applications
- Lead technical teams for CCaaS implementations and customer requirement sessions
- Develop and present solutions to clients while ensuring project success and profitability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or engineering preferred
- 12 or more years of experience in Contact Center and UC environments
- 5 or more years of CCaaS project leadership experience
- Experience with enterprise-level CCaaS architecture and cloud telephony platforms
- Proven ability to create and present to executive-level stakeholders
