Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director CCaaS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects and teams for complex Contact Center applications
  • Lead technical teams for CCaaS implementations and customer requirement sessions
  • Develop and present solutions to clients while ensuring project success and profitability
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or engineering preferred
  • 12 or more years of experience in Contact Center and UC environments
  • 5 or more years of CCaaS project leadership experience
  • Experience with enterprise-level CCaaS architecture and cloud telephony platforms
  • Proven ability to create and present to executive-level stakeholders
