Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional growth plan targeting a minimum of 10% year-over-year growth
• Lead and advance a high-performing, diverse senior leadership team while ensuring accountability for firm-wide goals
• Represent the firm externally at events and communicate strategic initiatives to foster collaboration and brand awareness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degrees preferred
• At least 20 years of related experience or equivalent required
• Experience in the A/E/I industry is required
• Proven ability to lead and inspire others
• Demonstrated business acumen with a focus on risk management and mitigation
