Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive CMS account strategy
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for CMS engagement and negotiations
• Monitor and interpret CMS policy direction and translate insights into actionable strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA/Graduate Degree in Health Care Management or Public Policy preferred
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in policy, payer/government relations, or large account management
• Strong strategic business acumen with extensive knowledge of the U.S. payer landscape
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to navigate complex agreements
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships
