Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director, CNS Sales, AAD & LTC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the AAD sales team to meet or exceed national sales performance goals
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with broader CNS business objectives
  • Analyze sales trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer engagement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a focus on sales leadership
  • Experience in CNS, Psychiatry, Neurology markets strongly preferred
  • Proven expertise in the Long-Term Care (LTC) market
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience in Market Access and Medical Affairs
