Executive Director Financial Analytics

Job Summary

Leading a comprehensive financial analytics function, the full-time Executive Director Financial Analytics will manage multiple finance teams, ensuring the delivery of accurate financial information to support strategic decision-making within a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership, translating complex financial findings into actionable recommendations
• Lead the development of annual operating and capital budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans aligned with organizational priorities
• Direct the optimization of finance technology and reporting systems to ensure data integrity and support enterprise-wide planning needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 12-15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including financial planning and analytics roles
• At least 7-8 years of experience in a healthcare or health system environment
• Deep knowledge of healthcare financial planning, budgeting, and decision support methodologies
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to present insights to executive leadership
