Job Summary
Leading the HCP commercial strategy for the CIDP indication, the full-time Executive Director HCP Marketing will maximize growth for VYVGART Hytrulo and prepare for the launch of Empasiprubart, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HCP promotional strategies to drive growth for VYVGART Hytrulo in CIDP
- Collaborate with global teams to define dual-asset strategies that enhance franchise value for upcoming product launches
- Lead HCP disease awareness initiatives and ensure field teams are equipped with necessary engagement tools and training
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD, PhD) preferred
- 12-15+ years of experience in HCP marketing, particularly in rare disease or specialty biologics
- Proven track record in developing integrated marketing strategies across multiple customer segments and lifecycle stages
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
- Strong understanding of HCP customer journeys and omnichannel engagement strategies
