Job Summary

Leading legal, compliance, and security functions, the full-time Executive Director, Legal Compliance will manage contract lifecycle processes, ensure adherence to federal regulations, and oversee corporate compliance programs in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all legal, compliance, and security functions to ensure enterprise-wide governance
• Oversee the contract lifecycle management process from intake to post-award compliance
• Design and maintain compliance frameworks that integrate various regulatory obligations

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license in good standing with a U.S. State Bar
• Active U.S. security clearance
• Extensive experience with government and commercial contracting for software/SaaS
• Demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating complex technology agreements
• Experience partnering with Facility Security Officers on compliance requirements
