Executive Director, Lifecycle Lead
Job Summary
Leading strategic development programs across the full product lifecycle, the full-time Executive Director, Lifecycle Lead will drive integrated asset strategies, manage cross-functional collaborations, and ensure commercialization readiness in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead integrated asset strategy across the full lifecycle, including research, clinical development, commercialization, and lifecycle management
- Drive strategic planning for emerging therapeutic platform technologies and evaluate portfolio opportunities
- Ensure alignment across Clinical Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams for late-stage development and launch planning
Required qualifications
- PhD or advanced degree with 10+ years in the bio/pharma industry as a program/Lifecycle Lead
- Proven experience in biologics and knowledge of the pharmaceutical business model, particularly in a Health Care environment
- Demonstrated Drug Development knowledge across Research, Translational Sciences, Clinical, Manufacturing, and Regulatory functions
- Experience with NDA, BLA filings, and regulatory submissions for various lifecycle stages
- Ability to drive initiatives and manage stakeholders effectively in a complex, matrix organizational setup
