Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director, ExpMed Global Medical Writing - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global early phase Medical Writing excellence strategy
• Build and enhance a high-performing global Medical Writing team
• Oversee capacity planning, financial management, and strategic resource deployment for clinical programs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree; advanced science/clinical degree preferred
• 10+ years of professional experience in a scientific, clinical, and/or medical space
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Comprehensive understanding of drug development and reporting processes
• Experience managing complex projects and developing successful partnerships
