Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director of Non-Gaming Audit & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, implementation, and control of strategic goals for the Non-Gaming Audit and Accounting department
• Direct operations, budgets, processes, and strategies, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
• Drive shared service strategies and lead continuous process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4+ years of relevant operational experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP, FASB, IFRS, general ledger reconciliations, and P&L review
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills and ability to leverage data for business strategies
• Experience in directing departmental compliance and financial reporting
