Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Director of Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate and shape complex sales opportunities while maintaining an active target list and deal funnel
- Build and maintain relationships with new clients, guiding them from qualification to close
- Lead virtual pursuit teams and provide strategic direction for complex transactions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales as a sales hunter and individual contributor
- Experience in the CX tech and/or BPO marketplace with a track record of closing complex deals
- Proficiency in CRM systems and ability to analyze data for strategic insights
- Strong time management skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
