Executive Director of Client Delivery

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director, Client Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the escalation point for client delivery issues, prioritizing and resolving concerns
• Lead the development and execution of testing and quality assurance programs
• Oversee client delivery processes and cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• College or University Degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of enterprise software implementation and delivery experience with strong Agile methodology
• 2+ years in a Business Analysis/Product Owner or Software Quality Assurance role
• Experience in life and/or health insurance or reinsurance industries is preferred
• Familiarity with automated testing tools and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
