Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director-Clinical Program Portfolio Strategy and Financial Performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial performance management of the clinical program portfolio, focusing on cost of care and value-based reimbursement
• Establish frameworks for evaluating portfolio performance and support investment decisions through financial modeling and analysis
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure clinical program assumptions are integrated into financial plans and provide insights on performance gaps

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare or health plans with accountability for financial performance and strategic planning
• Expertise in health policy, population health, and value-based care with a focus on financial evaluation of clinical programs
• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial lines of business
• Experience in financial forecasting, variance analysis, and portfolio performance management
• Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MHA, or related field) preferred
