Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day reliability and performance of clinical applications and systems
• Manage vendor accountability for clinical system partners, ensuring SLAs and issue resolution meet business needs
• Oversee clinical systems roadmaps and change management, including upgrades and enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Engineering background with understanding of healthcare transactions and clinical applications
• Experience in operational leadership with accountability for continuous improvement
• Proven ownership of enterprise applications related to clinical workflows and claims
• Ability to manage vendor performance and ensure compliance with HIPAA and data privacy
• Experience in service management and collaboration across technology and clinical teams
