Executive Director of Data & AI

Job Summary

Leading the transformation of data and intelligence, the full-time Executive Director of Data & AI will own the development of an enterprise intelligence platform, manage AI-powered commercial intelligence, and architect scalable data solutions while working remotely or from Nashville, TX, or Dallas, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the enterprise intelligence strategy, translating business goals into a measurable roadmap
• Design a modern data architecture that integrates various data sources and supports AI and ML models
• Build and lead the AI & Insights team, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with long-term goals

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in data, analytics, and AI, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in building intelligence systems that drive revenue growth in B2B, B2C, or B2B2C environments
• Expertise in graph strategy, knowledge graphs, and entity resolution frameworks
• Experience in operationalizing recommendation systems at scale with measurable outcomes
• Doctorate degree & 5 years, Master's degree & 7 years, or Bachelor's degree & 9 years of directly related experience
