Executive Director of Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director of Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic business development initiatives in the Information Technology and Cyber Security sectors
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the Department of Defense (DoD)
• Develop and implement capture strategies and oversee the entire capture process from opportunity identification to contract award

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development and capture management targeting DoD clients
• Proven track record of capturing contracts valued over $50 million
• Extensive experience in the Information Technology and Cyber Security domains
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship required
