Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Executive Director of Finance will manage financial consulting projects, lead analytical initiatives, and collaborate with executive leadership in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee financial consulting projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Analyze complex financial data sets to inform strategic decision-making
• Communicate financial insights and recommendations effectively to executive teams and boards

Required qualifications:

• Advanced degree or master's degree in business or health administration from a top-tier university
• 10+ years of experience in management consulting or a consulting function within a health system or relevant industry
• Demonstrated expertise in financial, business, and analytic applications and processes
• Proven leadership ability in a team environment, engaging with all organizational levels
• Strong analytical skills and ability to frame and perform financial analyses
