Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Financial Aid functions
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations related to financial aid
• Collaborate across campus to enhance student financial literacy and support student success initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in accounting, business, information systems, or a related field
• At least seven years of leadership experience in a financial aid office at a post-secondary institution
• Strong knowledge of Title IV Federal Financial Aid rules and regulations
• Experience with financial aid operations management and team leadership
• Ability to work with diverse staff and student populations
