Job Summary
Responsible for leading HR Solutions Delivery as a high-performing, data-driven service organization, the full-time Executive Director of HR Management will oversee service performance, governance, and delivery of HR services while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance HR effectiveness in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain the HR service performance framework, including SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of HR solutions and services, ensuring high-quality colleague and manager experiences
- Manage vendor relationships and service-level agreements, conducting performance reviews and ensuring compliance with governance standards
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, shared services, service management, or HR analytics roles
- Proven track record of designing and implementing service performance frameworks and delivering executive-level reporting
- Hands-on experience with HR case management/service delivery tools and HCM platforms
- Strong experience with BI/analytics tools and building decision-driving dashboards
- Bachelor's Degree is required
