Job Summary

Leading business analysis for major investment initiatives, the full-time salaried Executive Director of Investment Analysis will ensure rigorous execution of business requirements and process design while collaborating closely with Investment leaders and Technology teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business analysis delivery across a portfolio of investment initiatives, ensuring clear and governed requirements
• Oversee requirements elicitation, documentation, and approval processes across investment workflows and reporting
• Direct business process modeling and optimization efforts to enhance efficiency and scalability within Investment Operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in investment operations, technology, or business analysis within relevant industries
• 5+ years of experience leading teams or major delivery initiatives
• Strong expertise in translating investment business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
• Proven experience in business process modeling and optimization in complex investment environments
