Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director, Managed Care Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Establishes vision and leads analytics development to support Payor Solutions, managing over $5B in revenue
• Acts as primary support for analyzing third-party financial performance and ensures contract compliance
• Represents Pricing Department in M&A due diligence, overseeing revenue compression analysis and highlighting financial concerns

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 15 years of equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in Finance, Pricing, or Managed Care preferred
• Project management experience in planning and implementing strategies
• Strong financial acumen and familiarity with claims payment rules
• Experience with financial reporting systems and analytics platforms like Essbase, SAS, Tableau, and Alteryx
