Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director, Head of Strategic Market Insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-range market insights functional vision and operating model
• Lead and inspire a high-performing market insights team while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
• Own the creation of integrated market insights strategies and ensure high standards for research quality and methodology

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of experience in Pharma/biotech market insights or related roles
• Demonstrated success in leading integrated market insights strategy for specialty and/or rare disease therapies
• Experience in Neurology and Cardiology preferred
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional decisions
