Job Summary

Leading the marketing strategy for epilepsy and movement disorders, the full-time Executive Director of Marketing will define and execute the brand vision, manage product lifecycle, and drive growth initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and lead the enterprise EMD marketing vision and strategic roadmap for epilepsy performance and growth
  • Develop and execute integrated brand strategies, including lifecycle innovation and launch readiness for new formulations
  • Oversee resource allocation and investment decisions based on ROI and performance analytics
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 12+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience with significant US marketing leadership
  • Deep experience in neurology, epilepsy, or specialty/rare disease strongly preferred
  • Proven track record in brand strategy, product launches, and lifecycle management
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget ownership and ROI optimization
