Executive Director of Medical Affairs

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director, Medical Affairs Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the integrated medical affairs strategy and plan for ziftomenib in collaboration with the brand planning team
• Lead the creation and execution of medical affairs launch readiness and plans in partnership with commercial team members
• Oversee the development of evidence generation strategy and manage relationships with external stakeholders, including advisory boards

Required Qualifications

• Masters or Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) in a life-sciences discipline with 12+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
• 7+ years of medical strategy experience, preferably in hematologic oncology or solid tumors
• Experience in launching products within the US market is strongly preferred
• Proven track record of developing impactful US medical plans aligned with asset or brand strategies
• Experience in a matrix environment, collaborating with various functional groups
