Executive Director of Medical Affairs

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director, Medical Disease Area Lead, DCM/Danicamtiv.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Medical Affairs strategy for a key clinical asset
• Lead the Medical Strategy Team and ensure market readiness for asset launch
• Establish and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders and oversee scientific communication plans

Required Qualifications

• MD / PharmD with expertise in Cardiovascular disease areas
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in biopharma, including medical leadership roles
• Deep experience in Cardiovascular indications and prior product launch experience preferred
• Experience leading teams in both small and large pharma/biotech environments
• Strong patient-centric orientation and ability to foster cross-functional collaboration
