Executive Director of Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director, Division Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day internal operations, overseeing critical business processes and streamlining workflows
• Partner with senior leadership to design and implement strategic initiatives that enhance financial performance
• Act as a thought partner to senior leaders, guiding the development of new initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable
• 15+ years of progressive experience in operations, consulting, or a client-service role, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate complex operational challenges into actionable programs
• A collaborative leader who can inspire and build trust with teams and stakeholders across a matrixed environment
• Comfortable with ambiguity and highly organized, with a results-driven mindset
