Job Summary
Driving revenue growth and account sustainability, the full-time Executive Director of Partnerships will lead sales initiatives for strategic accounts, mentor the partner sales team, and design implementation models, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive net-new business and revenue growth by selling enterprise solutions to strategic accounts and developing relationships within the independent school market
- Lead and execute retention and expansion strategies for existing high-value accounts to maximize long-term value and partner loyalty
- Serve as a mentor and functional lead, providing guidance and skill development to the partner sales team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business Administration or Education Leadership preferred
- 8 years of sales/leadership experience with a proven track record in enterprise sales or educational sales management
- Experience in a "player-coach" role and navigating complex sales cycles within the K12 education sector
- Exceptional ability to manage high-value sales pipelines and negotiate multi-year institutional contracts
- Proficiency in modern CRM platforms (Salesforce) and collaborative tools (Google Workspace)
