Executive Director of Product

Job Summary

Driving new product development in a remote full-time capacity, the Executive Director of Product will manage market research, trend analysis, and customer insights to enhance health product offerings while ensuring alignment with business strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead product development processes, including research, design, and market analysis, to prioritize and launch new health products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product positioning and sales strategies in the voluntary benefits marketplace
• Establish and manage budgets and KPIs for product initiatives, ensuring compliance and achieving targeted return on investment goals

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 7-10 years of experience in product development and management, particularly in voluntary health products
• Proven ability to lead and influence teams without direct oversight
• Experience in developing and revising strategies to drive business growth
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex concepts and resolve issues effectively
